Rules for life
1. Try never to say anything behind a man’s back that would give you the least bit of embarrassment to say to his face
2. Never speak back to personal critics – friends do not need to hear it and enemies would not believe it
3. Greet every person you meet with a smile and make a special effort if that person is in obvious need of one
4. The first thing in the morning plan what your duty for that day is, and try to go beyond it
5. Every day read from the bible and other positive books because you are what you read
6. Exhibit a servant attitude everyday in every way
7. Try to like everyone and never harbor malice toward anyone
8. Be a confirmed optimist, evil will be punished by their own unhappiness and good will be rewarded
9. Close each day as if it were your last day on earth, counting your blessings one by one
10. Pray often and forgive even more often

The time is near at hand which must determine whether Americans are to be free men or slaves.
George Washington
“We have this day restored the Sovereign to Whom all men ought to be obedient. He reigns in heaven and from the rising to the setting of the sun, let His kingdom come.”
Samuel Adams
It is impossible to rightly govern a nation without God and the Bible.
George Washington
“Contemplate the mangled bodies of your countrymen, and then say ‘what should be the reward of such sacrifices?’ Bid us and our posterity bow the knee, supplicate the friendship and plough, and sow, and reap, to glut the avarice of the men who have let loose on us the dogs of war to riot in our blood and hunt us from the face of the earth? If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!”
